Human behaviour remains the most dynamic and unpredictable element in cybersecurity. Despite advances in technology, a single action or oversight can lead to a major security incident. To truly achieve cyber resilience, organisations must go beyond awareness and focus on transforming end user behaviour.

PhishRod, in collaboration with AmiViz, is hosting a focused workshop on Human Risk Management: Transition from Security Awareness to Behaviour Monitoring on 12th February 2026. While organisations continue to invest in security awareness programmes, many still struggle to achieve lasting behaviour change, leaving human risk largely unaddressed.

The workshop will focus on the corelation of end user behaviour monitoring and security awareness and why a holistic, measurable approach is essential to ensure human risk management.

We’ll explore how Cybersecurity Behaviour Maturity Model (CBMM), a structured framework to assess, measure, and mitigate human risk can help organisations bridge the gap leading to prevalent human risk. The session will move beyond traditional awareness initiatives and demonstrate how BehaviourInsights monitors and provides continuous visibility into risky behaviours enabling security teams to take a data-driven approach to combat vulnerable end-user behaviour.
